Jim Dandy’s opened on the corner of High Street and Franklin in 1986, and the recipe hasn’t wavered since: ribs cooked low and slow until they surrender, sauces made to be worn on your sleeves, and portions that don’t apologize.
What started as Nutley’s rib joint now runs two locations — the original with a full bar and seventeen taps, and a BYOB outpost on Park Ave in Rutherford.
